CNI Aviation, LLC (CNIAV) and C² Technologies, Inc. (C²) formed Aerospace Training systems Partners as a Joint Venture (JV) in 2013.

ATSP offers world-class training and aviation support services. Our team of highly skilled and motivated employees provides a variety of support services, including aviation training and training support services, courseware and training product development, training device support, electronic hardware sustainment, professional engineering services, and aircraft modifications. You can count on ATSP for delivery of quality services and products with an unwavering focus on customer support.


CNIAV was established in 2004 and is an ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 certified company led by professionals with extensive experience in delivery of quality services in the Department of Defense and Federal markets. CNIAV has a history of strong performance that results in a high degree of customer satisfaction as reflected in high Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) ratings and consistent award of option years. Current support includes prime contracts on AFMC and FAA programs. In addition, CNIAV provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and trainer upgrade support to a number of programs, including C-130 Fuselage Trainer, KC-10 WST/FTD, C-130 WST, and the C-130E/H Landing Gear Trainer.


C² is a minority-woman-owned small business dedicated to training development, instruction, multimedia technology, and training performance improvement. Founded in 1989, C²’s over 400 employees provide services to the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security and other Federal Sector Agencies.  Current training support projects include A-10, B-1, B-52, C-17, E-8, and EC-130 training programs. In addition, C² provides support on multiple U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard training and training product projects. We also provide the Air Force with online learning and training management systems, including the Air Force Training Record (AFTR) program, plus support and course delivery of Air University’s professional military education (PME) online Master’s Degree and non-degree programs.
